My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Newcastle could have been better because I wasn't offered the keys to the vehicle so the fact that there was a huge hole in the rear seat wasn't spotted until I took delivery and also there were major issues with the paintwork. It was by far the worst experience I have had buying a car from a main dealer.
